Your tutoring sessions are important to us. They are reserved just for you.

When a session is canceled or rescheduled without notice, we miss the opportunity to work with other families - so, we have a 24 hour cancel/reschedule policy.

Tutoring sessions canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, are not billed.

Tutoring sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, are billed.
